Diagnostic work can be hard but he got it taken care of! Coming out and being about to help in the rain and dark is always a blessing to get you back on the road. What makes the service exceptional is was the price to come and take a look and diagnose the problem and get parts without having to pay for a tow to take to a shop. I recommend to give them a call and save their number in your phone if you are traveling in Colorado!

I called asking if he could service my Chevy Silverado, with transmission problems. Dallin said Michael where thorough and did a flush and new filter, plus checking the thermostat, which was bad. Dallin, did amazing work and got back home , here in Chandler, AZ. I was stranded in Pueblo, CO. Thanks guys for being professionals at what you do! What started as a dead battery turned into a much more complicated repair — a faulty part led to wiring issues that weren't obvious at first. But Rio didn't give up. He kept digging until he found the real root of the problem instead of just patching a symptom and sending us on our way.
This car is one of my family member's only transportation, so having someone who was this thorough and persistent meant everything! He clearly knew what he was doing and cared about getting it right, not just getting it done fast.
Highly recommend Rio to anyone who wants a mechanic who actually solves the problem.

Just pulled over for us. We had a flat and he got us on my way within 10 minutes. He has HVAC experience and is very prompt and thorough. I wish we lived closer to hire him all the time! We are so thankful that he helped the rest of our trip went really well thanks to him!! Angel in disguise!
